Symposium registration fee covers admission to all sessions, the exhibition, luncheons, coffee breaks, the cocktail, the social event, and the Symposium proceedings (copy paper and CDRom).

Refund policy for preregistration:
there is a 80€ service charge for processing refunds. Requests for preregistration refunds must be received no later than 6 working days prior to the first day of the Symposium to be honoured. No refunds will be issued after 26 April 2010. Substitutions will be accepted at any stage.

It is imperative that all of the following information is supplied correctly in order to process your registration quickly and efficiently.
All payments must be made in Euros. Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Bank Transfer
Please ensure that all of the following information is included on the your bank transfer form

  • Please indicate the name of the Symposium (DTIP10) on the bank transfer form
  • Please add the invoice number (located at the top of the invoice you received by email)
  • Please clearly mark your name

Bank Transfers for Groups (for example for several people from the same organization)
Please complete all of the following instructions above, then send us an email detailing all of the following

  • Please indicate the name of the Symposium (DTIP10)
  • Please add the invoice number (located at the top of the invoice you received by email)
  • Please clearly mark your name
  • Please add the names of all of the participants for whom the group payment you have made applies
