| A full balanced passive down-converter based on a ring mixer was realized. The mixer works in the 60 GHz band. On chip there are a single mixer device and a receiver chain, constituted by a single ended LNA, a passive mixer and a LO buffer in Cascode configuration. A passive balun test-structure is also realized. | |
