| This circuit contains a broad band, differential, class-A Power Amplifier for operation in the band from 300MHz to 2.5GHz made in 65nm CMOS. The output power is 10dBm and has a 1.1V supply. A Thermal sensor is also included to measure the power dissipated by the PA and extract some electrical characteristics of the PA from thermal information. Additionally, a 50 Ohms line is connected between two pads and will be used to extract and validate the QFN24 package model that was previously obtained from EM simulations. | |
