| This is a single ended two stages power amplifier (PA) and a differential PA (two stages) based on 65nm CMOS technology dedicated for WPAN applications. The OCP1 is 5dBm and 4.2dBm and the maximum linear output power of 8.2dBm and 7.2dBm for the single ended and differential Pas respectively. Millimeter-wave RF-pads, transmission lines, Interconnects and baluns are also characterized to quantify metallic and substrate losses and to confirm Electromagnetic simulation results. |
