Electronic Presentation Guide: download the slides

Presentation timing:
Oral presentations: 15 minutes for actual presentation + 5 minutes for Q & A
Poster presentations: All posters will be introduced by one slide in 3 minutes each

In order to optimize electronic presentations, we ask all authors which plan to use a PowerPoint presentation to send back their file(s) by email. Connections to an author's PC will still be possible if pre-upload cannot be managed.
Please notice that the deadline to send the file is March 29th, 2009.

Kerstin NÖTZOLD and Giorgio DE ANGELIS will help you on site to upload your presentation in the 2 parallel rooms at the registration time, from 07:30 to 09:30 if you cannot send back your presentation before Mach 29th, 2009.

Some sort of coordination with us is necessary before the Symposium, to make sure that we can prepare adequately. Problems arising at large Conferences, putting the author and the audience in deep trouble.
