Paper Presentation

Please adhere to the guidelines below for your presentation:

• Oral presentations are 20 minutes for a regular paper. Please restrict your presentation to 15 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for questions.
• Poster presentations: All posters will be introduced by one slide in 3 minutes each. This slide must not be a view of the poster itself that would be unreadable by the audience.
• Please check your presentation before your session (e.g. during the coffee break or lunch pause)
• E-mail your presention(s) as .ppt or .pdf file(s) and a short biography of the speaker as plain text file to the local committee . Please set the subject of your e-mail to sessionX_lastname.
• Name your files as follows: sessionX_lastname.ppt / pdf for the presentation and sessionX_lastname_bio.txt for the short biography, for example: session1_courtois.ppt and session1_courtois_bio.txt.

Please notice that the deadline to send the file is 8 May 2011.

We will help you on site to upload your presentation in the 2 parallel rooms at the registration time, from 08:00 to 08:50 if you cannot send back your presentation before 8 May 2011.

Some sort of coordination with us is necessary before the Symposium, to make sure that we can prepare adequately. Problems arising at large Conferences, putting the author and the audience in deep trouble.
