Registration is open: Online registration

DTIP 2012 registration fees (All Fees in Euros): Symposium registration fee covers admission to all sessions, luncheons, coffee breaks, the social event and the Symposium proceedings (copy paper and CDRom).

Symposium advance registration is applied if participant is registered and the payment is received before 02 March 2012.

Refund policy for preregistration: there is a 90€ service charge for processing refunds. Requests for preregistration refunds must be received before 16 April 2012, no refunds will be issued after this deadline. Substitutions will be accepted at any stage.

Please read the following information carefully. If information is supplied incorrectly or incomplete this may result in the processing of your registration being delayed. It is imperative that all of the following information is supplied correctly in order to process your registration quickly and efficiently.
All payments must be made in Euros. Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Bank Transfer
Please ensure that all of the following information is included on the your bank transfer form

• Please indicate the name of the Symposium (DTIP12) on the bank transfer form
• Please add the invoice number (located at the top of the invoice you received by email)
• Please clearly mark your name

Bank Transfers for Groups (for example for several people from the same organization)
Please complete all of the following instructions above, then send us an email detailing all of the following

• Please indicate the name of the Symposium (DTIP12)
• Please add the invoice number (located at the top of the invoice you received by email)
• Please clearly mark your name
• Please add the names of all of the participants for whom the group payment you have made applies

Credit Card
