Exhibitors who have booked before the programme printing will enjoy their company logo printed and they will be allocated a slot of time in a vendors session, printed in the programme as well. A dissemination of several thousands of the programme booklets is expected beginning of mid March. If you plan to exhibit, please contact the General Chair.

The price of either tabletop or space for a portable marketing stand includes:
Slot of time during the vendor talks session to take place as a plenary session of the Workshop, if the tabletop or the space is booked and paid before 15 March 2012. The list of participants, flag-type sign with exhibitor’s name, Furniture: 2 chairs
*Conditions to include documents in EWME bags:
Reception of documents before 04 May 2012 at CMP, 46 Ave F. Viallet, 38031 Grenoble, France.
Documents: limited to a small pocket containing maximum 10 A4 flyers or it equivalent in weight and volume (CMP will refuse any documentation delivered in pieces).
Reservation and payment before 15 March 2012.
--> The number of tabletop and space for a portable marketing stand is limited. They will be offered on a first signed first served basis.
