Registration is open: Online registration

All accepted papers must be accompanied by a full Workshop registration.
EWME'12 registration fee (all fees in Euros) covers admission to all sessions, exhibition, luncheons, coffee breaks, cocktail, the social event, and the Workshop proceedings (copy paper and CDRom).

Refund policy for preregistration: there is a 90€ service charge for processing refunds. Requests for preregistration refunds must be received before 16 April 2012, no refunds will be issued after this deadline. Substitutions will be accepted at any stage.

All payments must be made in Euros. Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Please ensure that all of the following information is included on the your bank transfer form

• Please indicate the name of the Workshop (EWME'12) on the bank transfer form
• Please add the invoice number (located at the top of the invoice you received by email)
• Please clearly mark your name

Bank Transfers for Groups (for example for several people from the same organization)
Please complete all of the following instructions above, then send us an email detailing all of the following
