Workshop advance registration is applied if participant is registered and the payment is received before 8 September 2010.
At least one author should be registered for the paper to be published in the conference proceedings.
Workshop registration fee covers admission to all sessions, luncheons, coffee breaks, the social event, and the Workshop proceedings (copy paper and CDRom).

Registration fee:

  • IEEE member / Author / Committee Member: 690 Euro
  • No Member: 735 Euro
  • Additional Proceedings (paper + CDRom): 35 Euro
  • Social Event: Additional ticket (80Euros/each/pers.): 80 Euro

Refund policy for preregistration: there is a 80€ service charge for processing refunds. Requests for preregistration refunds must be received no later than 6 working days prior to the first day of the Symposium to be honoured. No refunds will be issued after 27 September 2010. Substitutions will be accepted at any stage.

It is imperative that all of the following information is supplied correctly in order to process your registration quickly and efficiently. All payments must be made in Euros. Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Bank Transfer
Please ensure that all of the following information is included on the your bank transfer form:

  • the name of the Workshop (THERMINIC 2010) on the bank transfer form
  • the invoice number (located at the top of the invoice you received by email)
  • clearly mark your name

Bank Transfers for Groups (for example for several people from the same organization)
Please complete all of the following instructions above, then send us an email detailing all of the following:

  • the name of the Workshop (THERMINIC 2010)
  • the invoice number (located at the top of the invoice you received by email)
  • clearly mark your name
  • add the names of all of the participants for whom the group payment you have made applies
